Concept
“It Takes You Back” explores how memories are triggered through fragments, familiar images, sounds, and fleeting moments.
The piece opens with real footage, grounding the experience in something recognizable, and gradually transitions into more abstract, constructed visuals that reflect how memories distort and evolve.
Storyboard
Approach
The project combines pre-set live-action elements with 3D animation to create a layered visual experience.
Objects such as chips are used as recurring elements, rotating, multiplying, and changing scale to reinforce the surreal and fluid nature of memory.
Transitions between scenes are designed to feel continuous and immersive, allowing the piece to move seamlessly between reality and abstraction.
